Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all sales of cabinetry, fabrication, and installation services (“Services”) provided by Deluse Cabinets. By placing an order or signing a quote, the Buyer accepts these Terms, which override any inconsistent terms from the Buyer.

Deluse Cabinets will design, manufacture, finish, deliver, and install cabinets as specified in the accepted quote or project specification.
Any change in scope (e.g., design, dimensions, materials) requires written approval via a signed change order. Additional charges may apply.

Buyers are responsible for accurate measurements and final design approval. Deluse Cabinets recommends a final site measure for accuracy. We bear no liability for errors after approval.

A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30–70%) is required upon order confirmation.
Milestone payments: deposit → upon fabrication start → upon delivery → final payment upon installation completion.
Remaining balance is due upon job completion regardless of delays caused by Buyer or third parties.
Payments via card incur a 3% convenience fee; returned checks incur a fee of ₹___ . Late payments accrue interest (e.g., 1.5% per month).

Orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing or ordering of custom materials begins.
Stock items only may be returned unused within 15–30 days, with a 20–30% restocking fee and possible collection charges.

Deluse Cabinets will schedule fabrication and installation with a 2‑hour window, providing timely notice of any changes.
Buyer must ensure site readiness—plumb, level cabinets, removed appliances/sinks—prior to installation.
Additional site visits due to unprepared conditions or missed appointments will be charged (e.g., ₹___/hour or per‑visit fee).
We clean up to broom‑sweep condition post‑installation; residual dust is expected.

Deluse Cabinets warrants workmanship and materials (plain cabinets: 1–3 years; finishes: 1 year; custom assemblies: as specified).
Warranty excludes damage from misuse, natural wear, exposure to chemicals, disasters, structural shifts, or improper maintenance.
Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion. We disclaim all implied warranties—including fitness for a specific purpose.
Buyer must notify defects in writing; Deluse Cabinets will respond within 5 business days to address issues.

Deluse Cabinets is not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, building damage); liability capped at amounts paid under the contract.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, material shortages, acts of God) do not constitute breaches.

Title to and risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery or installation completion, whichever occurs later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Union Territory].
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration under [specified Arbitration Rules], venue in [City] unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Any designs, plans, or proprietary info produced by Deluse Cabinets are confidential. Buyer must not share or use them outside this project without written consent.
Ownership of such IP remains with Deluse Cabinets unless transferred in writing.

These Terms and the accepted quote represent the complete agreement. No oral statements or additional terms bind either party unless agreed in writing by authorized representatives of Deluse Cabinets.
